This year marks the 60th anniversary of Gucci's official introduction to Japan in 1964. To celebrate this important milestone, the Maison plans a series of events, emphasizing the deep connection with the Japanese people. As part of the celebration, the House unveils a new exhibition dedicated to the Gucci Bamboo 1947 bag, uniting traditional Japanese artisans and artists in a creative project to reinvent 60 vintage Bamboo 1947 bags, highlighting themes of discovery and creative recycling. The exhibition features 60 vintage Gucci Bamboo 1947 bags, mainly from the 1980s and 1990s.

Mimic is a web media that looks back on the heyday of street brands from the 1990s to the early 2000s, defining it as the "Antoki" street. In order to recreate the shopping experience of "Antoki", when the streets were the most exciting, Mimic is holding a flea market called "Antoki" Market together with the brands, shops, and key men who created the culture of that time. The long-awaited second edition will be held at Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo 2025 SS!
